What an amazing experience I had with Angela she took my situation and helped me through it and really when everyone else left me stranded she was able to find me a vehicle with a great program to help me rebuild. Riley got me into two vehicles in a fast pasted manor. I loved the feeling of the shop I enjoyed the staff very much. I also Apricated the honest communication they had.

This place is really skeevy. They occupy the old National Autoplex building which recently moved, but still have the banners up on the building. I had arranged to view a vehicle at Autoplex but accidentally went to their old location (now Avenue Motors) instead. I felt something was off when I told them the name of the person I had spoken to and they said they didn’t have anyone there by that name, but said it must have been a miscommunication because they did have the exact same vehicle I was looking for. What a joke this place is! A group of thieves. My boyfriend foolishly attempted to get a car through a girl who promised him the world. He has very bad credit and I thought it was a bad idea. But she was persistent. He gave her a 500$ deposit and the deal ended up falling through. She then drafted a horrible contract where he would be basically trading in his car for free! She sent a driver to his work (he works out of town) for him to sign the bogus contract, he purposely ruined the contract cuz it was not what they agreed on. She was so shady he decided it was too fishy and asked for his deposit

I Did A Trade In Back In June Apparently The Full Payout Amount Wasn't Paid And Ended Up Getting Taking Out Of My Account At The Worst Time Everyone At The Dealership Tried To Help Me 2 Of Them Said That They Would Have A Cheque Ready The Next Day When I Called To See If ItWas Ready I Had To Talk To Travis And He Made Every Excuse Not To Pay Me Back Then Flat Out Said It Wasn't Gonna Happen After 2 Months Of Trying To Get This Resolved This Company Was Starting To Get Better Tell He Took Over Would Not Recommend

I will share my experience from start to finish. Firstly we went to speak to a gentleman downtown, that experience was positive, he clearly let us know there wasn't anything he could do for us at the time as too much was owing on my daughters vehicle, but said in 2 years to come back and check as less will be owing. My daughter continued to get phone call after phone call about 5 Months later, incessant, repeated calls.

Hands Down, best car dealership I have ever been to. I was not pressured at all, they worked around my numbers and constantly fought to get me a better interest rate. From the beginning process of talking on the phone with Kaden, to driving my vehicle off the lot. It was the easiest most enjoyable dealership experience I've had!
