We had some issues after installation. I’m wondering if they’re still in business. They never answer their phone and do not return messages. Stay clear of them! There are so many other pool companies around who care about their customers after the pool installation is complete. Rand pools is not one of them!

I've purchased my hot tub about 10 years ago and have found their customer service to be fickle. Lately my motor needed to be replaced and I called 3 times plus visited them in person to get service and after 4 weeks, I'm finished with dealing with them. Its obvious that my business is not appreciated won't be dealing with this company again.

Rand got my pool running after a mechanical issue.
They made arrangements to help me out on short notice when all other pool companies couldn't. They are real people who treat you like a real person, it is very refreshing dealing with them. If you have any issue I would highly recommend reaching out to them. They will take care of you and their rates are very competitive.

Up until recently I would have recommended Rand Pools to any one of my friends.
For regular maintenance (cleaning, opening, closing) I use a local guy who is amazing. For larger jobs (liner repair, leaks, etc...) Rand was my go to.
2 years ago Rand removed my spa tub which was tied into my pool and did an amazing job for an unbeatable price.
Last fall after closing I thought there was an issue that could have been a tear in my liner, so I called Rand right away and scheduled an appointment to check it out in the spring. I figured since they're coming out anyway I'd just get them to open the
