Working with Greg was great. Even through Covid-19 he helped design and create the most beautiful ring for my (now) fiancé. He was always just a phone call or email away, and provided seamless updates on progress.
The ring itself is just amazing. The quality and workmanship of the ring is unbelievable.
I would highly recommend talking with Greg before you go anywhere else, I can guarantee you’ll be happy with his work and personality! We will be working with him again soon to help us with our wedding bands.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Gregory. First off, he gave me a full education on diamonds and let me know the difference between the letters on the grading system, and which ones were more important than others. He did the opposite of upselling - he just wanted to make sure I got the best value for my budget. He took his time with me, and I never felt rushed or pressured.
He also goes completely above and beyond - once I bought the ring, he let me know that was just the beginning. He is always there for free cleaning/polishing, resizing...whatever we need.

How do I even begin to tell you how great my experience was with Jacob Mercari. I was impressed with every step of the process, from the initial consultation, all the advice of sizing and design and their honesty and pricing - it was absolutely top notch.
