Our private fitness/rehab facility is separate from our home on site and has a change room for clients. Our space has a high ceiling and is bright and well-lit, even in winter months. It is heated/air-conditioned for your comfort. Our space is a private facility, NOW OPEN by appointment only. We are available online via Zoom by appointment as well.
Cupping therapy, Gua Sha & Acupressure therapy and Lymphatic Drainage therapy is open by appointment only. We have step benches and risers for any bench work and balance equipment, with a variety of sizes of exercise balls. We have a large range of dumbbells and kettlebells. We have a good selection of foam rollers as well to help loosen tight spots.
