You can choose from a relaxing massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, hot stone massage or choose a massage with a (RMT)registered massage therapist. Research has been done to prove the various and far - reaching benefits of receiving a massage from a registered massage therapist. Microderabrassion - a preventative and corrective procedure used on all skin types to remove dead cells, minimize scars(surgical and acne)and minimize fine lines and wrinkles while increasing the production of collagen and elastics.

I find this spa is heads above the competition with Carmen's expert knowledge in the field of aesthetics. I have been going to Today's Body and Soul for years. Carmen is an amazing esthetician and has never failed to provide amazing customer service! Today was my first appointment back since the pandemic shut down. I felt so safe walking in there with Carmen providing hand sanitizer, taking temperatures, along with masks and gloves (she also wears a mask). She ensures that there is only one client in at a time so there is enough space to physically distance within the spa. It really shows how much she cares about her clients! Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience at Today's Body and Soul. It was my first time getting a cut and colour by one of their hair stylists. I felt assured and comfortable with the screening and safety measures they have put in place. They screened me at the door before I entered the spa, took my temperature and had me sanitize my hands. Although I was wearing a mask they offered me a disposable mask so I wouldn't damage my reusable cloth one with hair colour. Hair stylist Marissa nailed it! She matched my colour and understood exactly the cut I wanted. Staff was professional and accommodating towards me

The spa was very clean and Carmen provided me with hand sanitizer, a mask and gloves, , and she was also wearing a mask and gloves, so I knew we were both protected. Carmen also ensured me that she cleaned everything after each client leaves. The staff at Today’s Body and Soul is doing a fantastic job keeping everyone safe 😁

I was fortunate enough to get an amazing pedicure yesterday. The experience was mesmerizing. The salts, the scents,the foot massage and especially the conversation with Carmen. I have gotten every service available at this spa and it seems that each one is better than the next. Although you might think that because it’s a house (more like a mansion), it covers the whole third floor and is pure luxury......there is even a Registered Massage Therapist (Pat) who is excellent. Carmen is a miracle worker. She took my COVID-19 very neglected feet 🦶 and turned them into baby 👶 feet

I’ve had my hair cut and coloured by Marissa a bunch of times now and I’ve been so happy every time. Her cuts always flatter my face shape and make me feel so confident! I had never died my hair before going to Marissa and I had always wanted to but had been too nervous, she made me feel so relaxed and the results were fantastic and so natural...now I’m addicted!
