Great experience getting my hair done here by brandy! She was very kind and kept cracking jokes, made the time fly. My hair turned out exactly like the photos I showed her… maybe even better!! All the other staff are very kind and inviting as well. Overall a really nice salon!

I had red henna left over in my hair from about 9-10 months ago, no matter what I did it just wouldn’t budge :( I had 2 sessions with Yeonwoo for highlights in my hair to remedy the situation. She got my hair to a lighter ashy shade - you’d never guess it was red previously. She also gave me lots of hair care advice throughout the process too. Thank you so much Yeonwoo ^_^

They’re so weird & rude, were making it mandatory for my 1 year old to wear a mask. There’s no rule for babies under 2 to wear masks anywhere in the world but their salon has a strict policy for babies to wear a mask. I tried to explain that I’ll try to put a mask on my baby but he probably won’t keep it on coz he’s too young to understand but the lady on the phone wouldn’t budge. I was appalled by her rude behaviour! Worst customer service ever.

I have come to this salon for over 3 years and have yet to be disappointed!!! The color always comes out so well proportioned on each side and blended. I have nothing but raving reviews from everyone I have referred over to get a cut or color. Even now during covid I feel safe and secure coming in ! 5 stars all the way!

I have been coming to Eterna to get my hair coloured and cut for many years. Before I just never found a stylist who understood what I wanted for my hair colour. I completely trust the super talented stylist, Daniella, because I always come out of the salon with a fabulous cut And a beautiful colour on my hair. I really appreciate how I am treated like Family and I feel like I am a truly valued client of theirs. I love the eco friendly hair products they use as many other salons don’t use such a high quality products for their hair colour, shampoo etc,. The girls up front are always friendly

I am beyond happy that I found Shelby at Eterna. She was so empathetic towards my situation. Asked all of the right questions, went over the history of my hair and came up with a clear game plan on how to fix the mess that was on my head. I literally came in with TIGER STRIPES (botched highlights) on the top of my head and extremely brassy/orange hair. I usually have a good experience here getting my brows waxed with Judy but this other lady chopped half my brow off and even ended up pulling my eyelash hair off . My eyebrows are way too thin and the shape is weird. I told her I liked the shape... just wanted the excess off.

Judy was wonderful! Chatty and happy going, it was nice distraction from the stinging pain from the waxing. I just had my upper lip waxed and brows, but it's nice to have something else to focus on.
I initially walked in on Sunday, hoping to get upper lip and eye brows done. Down side is that she had an apt after my walk in, so I opted for a upper lip. She just waxed the area and didn't put a lot of product for the stinging. I told her I wanted to get my eye brows done as well because I was starting a new job on Monday. I told her I&apos

I've been going to get my haircut here for a few years and have always been satisfied with whoever they booked me with. But today was different because I got the best haircut and highlights that I think I've ever had. The stylist that did my hair was a new employee named Reyes. It took a long time but it was obvious that he cared about the final result.

I've been to many salons and this is by far my favorite. I'm always treated with respect (and give respect) and my hair has never looked better. Dave (owner) is by far the best stylist and colourist I've ever had. I can be indecisive and like changing up my look and Dave is there by my side and great at giving what's right for each person's style and frame. My first visit years ago I went in with a botched dye job (from a well known downtown salon) and I left forever grateful and super satisfied. Been calling on Dave ever since -- he's fantastic. The hair services were really pricey. I never knew what I'd be paying until I got to the register (used to this though) but I was always good about leaving generous tips and I usually bought whatever product they suggested to me.
I went there for hair services, numerous facials, massages and manicures, pedicures and spa packages and was anywhere from satisfied to thrilled

Actually a zero but it won't let me post without any stars. Worst experience. Massage felt like I was being tickled an sent my back into spasms. Manicure and pedicure were not set before I left. I was just told I was free to go with wet polish. Cuticles were not treated and I still had dry skin on my feet after. The bill for a mani pedi was $90. And hour later the polish had bubbled and looked like it was being pressed off all in one piece. The polish was doing the smae thing on my fingers and peeling right off.
