I booked an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed. Teresa did a great job in terms of the brows. She was quick, efficient and took time with the tweezers and scissors to make the arch symmetrical. However, I am only giving her two stars because she was very unprofessional in terms of business. She showed up about half an hour late to our appointment and did not seem too bothered by the fact that she had wasted my time. More importantly, she is now located in a hair salon and not the address noted on Yelp or Google Reviews, which she did not make clear when I made the appointment and resulted in

I walk past this place every time I go to the gym, it advertises $35 Brazilian wax, I've been told cheap waxes aren't good. But as I was passing today I figured I'd give it a try. To get in you have to ring a bell, I'm actually really not sure why (there are also bars on the windows). But when you are let in, the place is super clean and it gives off a super calm vibe, the esthetician (Teresa) asks what you would like, and then leads you to the room.
