For the past three consecutive Fridays I went to try different servicing this salon. Yesterday was the WORST mani and pedi I've ever experience. My husband who doesn't know about mani and pedi saw how bad my nails. It shows patches of holes while drying it. The esthetician they said is their senior she doesn't even know how to clean nails. I end up paying in full without a manicure and this is gel. The receptionist was bad too. Telling me that my problem is my expectations. Does this mean the this spa has a very low standards? I asked her when the owner will come in and

On my third massage session, Lucy wasn't available so Cindy was my masseuse and I liked her techniques very much. Not every therapist apply the same massage techniques, the same finger/toe 👣 pressure and work her/his way symmetrically around your body in the same manner. 👍 Cindy has proven herself to be another knowledgeable and professional Massage Therapist! 😎 Thank you for pain relief! 👏

I went here after not going for a really long time, and I remembered why I hadn't been going.
The long bench that you sit in is so uncomfortable my butt was falling asleep, and I could have overlooked this but my spa pedicure was really sub-par.
When I came home and looked at my feet I saw that my heels were still really dry and cracked, and that was after a paraffin treatment! And the thing that really tells me that it was not thorough enough was that I still had dirt on my feet. I admit my heels were pretty bad but I've gone for pedicures to lots of other places and have always come

I booked a Bridal trial makeup session for the day of my engagement photos. When I showed up to the spa they told me it was booked as a "teen makeup service" but that they would be able to accommodate me anyways.
I expected a full consultation and make up trial (as described on the website $50) They had me sit on a stool in the front of the store, near the makeup testers. My make up was not removed, nor was there any consolation on skincare or facials.

I try and support local business whenever I can but I have to say I likely won't be back to this spa. I have been a couple times before for services and left feeling mediocre about them.
This place looks good on the surface and people are friendly enough, but I feel like they need to work on their operations and running of the business.
I went for a relaxation massage this weekend and was put in the clinical RMT room with thin sheets on the table, a loud clock ticking, no music, and a very junior massage girl who was admittedly fresh out of school. I asked to be moved to an actual massage

Had a mani pedi today with Nicole. It was the most enjoyable hour and 45 minutes I've had with a stranger than I can remember. She did the most excellent job on my hobbit feet and walnut stained fingernails. On top of that the conversation was interesting and made the time fly by way too fast. This was my second pedi and first ever manicure. Can't wait to go back for more.

Wow! This place was terrible, avoid it like the plague. I have to say that I was thoroughly unimpressed with this "Spa". It was nice enough in the old space that they had, but the service was horrendous on all parts. The front desk girl was for the most part just confused as to who had an appointment or not and where in the "Spa". I arrived for my first treatment on time and was greeted by a newer esthetician (Paula?) not sure of her name, came out. She was in a sour mood and took it out on me, family problems she said. I had to make an emergency visit to an unknown spa as I couldn't make it to my tried and true. What a mistake!!!!
I had an appointment for 4:30 and arrived at 4:25. I waited until 4:55 while 3 estheticians sat at the front and gossiped. When mine came out with her client, she asked one of the other gals to tend to him while he paid. They all very loudly refused. It took her another 5 minutes to finish her conversation. When it was finally my turn, there was no apology. I then found out she was the manager. Not impressed.
The next part was epic. I am not sure where or if this woman has been

My cousin's daughter was getting married the next day and we showed up together for our pedicure appointments. They did not have any record of the appointment despite the fact I could show them the confirmation e-mail on my phone. Worse, they made no real effort to find us an alternative solution. They said we could come in several hours later back to back but due to wedding prep activities that was not possible for us. They did not offer us tea or offer to call other salons in the area. We asked to see the manager but she was not there, they supposedly left her a voicemail but she never called
