I had my hair done today. Susan used to cut my hair over 20 years ago and she was my go to back then. Today she made me look ten years younger. Thanks Susan for the great haircut.

I want to thank Colleen for a really great experience and colour correction. My hair needed a lot of TLC which she gave it. I love the cut and the colour! So pleased with the results and and the genuine and friendly service. I definitely will be back. :)

I have been going back for years because I have been consistently happy with the results, regardless of who cuts my hair. They are also great with my daughter.

Just wanted to send a note to say how pleased we were with an appointment my 9 year old son, Sam, had with Jessica today.  It was a last minute appointment due to him chopping off a chunk of hair for his cloning machine (we don't know if it works yet 😉).
He normally has high anxiety, hasn't had his haircut in over a year and was not looking forward to getting trimmed today.
Not only did Jessica do a great job on his hair, he felt at ease, had fun and is looking forward to seeing her again to take her a drawing, at her request 🙂

I recently had a first visit for a colour and style. The haircut was okay, but the Ash blonde reqested on my hair was not ash blonde on the fresh hair growth, it was was bordering on a ginger tone, Things happen, and an appointment was made for correction. The Owner called me 1hr before my appointment, And without actually waiting until I came for my appointemnt so she could see my hair colour. The Owner argued with me on the phone about my hair colour which she has NOT seen, She was rude and offensive, told me I did'nt know what the term 'adding warmth to a colour meant' ! defending the colouring

Very lovely, friendly staff. Home like atmosphere. Amanda did my colour and I LOVE it. Very knowledgeable about different textures of hair and cuts that would suit. Tonnes of compliments on my hair.

I went to get what I had thought was a consult. Nope. The gal thought we were doing something to my hair today. My hair need to be lightened from dark, I know it's not gonna be easy. Then I said I would.think about it and come mback. They owner was over by this time, helping. The hairstylist then proceeded to tell me she had booked off four hours to do my hair. And since they couldnt take in walk ins (that whatever I had done to my hair plus the four hours she booked off. Something she done one her own . I am not nor.shall I recommend this place

This is the only place I’ll go to get my hair done, staff amazing....always make you feel welcome and they keep an incredibly clean shop....love, love, love this place
