Asked for prices for basic cut, although they have the most reasonable price yet, when I asked how good are the stylists, the lady who answered my call laughed in my ear, and patronizingly replied, "Uh, we're good. We've been here 20 years."
Amount of time in one place really means nothing to me. I've had my hair done at places by people with 25+ years experience, and they still butchered my hair. I'll keep looking, if for nothing else but attitude.

This is the best place - the staff here are great and very knowledgeable about staying up with trends in hairstyling - I come from a small town and when I moved to the city I was worried I would be stuck going to one of the "chain" hairdressers - I am so glad I found Salon 117
