If I could give them zero I would give them zero. These people are just greedy and money hungry straight up. For almost 2 years I had told them that I wanted to have cosmetic dentistry done to my teeth. These people would refer me to all the doctors in their clinic and they would not even give me a simple estimate of the cost. They wasted 6 months just giving me the runaround. They wouldn't give me single minute of their attention for even 5 minutes when I would ask them that I'm driving 30 minutes to your clinic I need a proper consultation. Four times I came to the clinic and everyone just treated

Significantly more expensive than other dental clinics in the area. I've paid for $1000 root canal here (w/o crown). (I choose this place based on the reviews)
Did more research and ended up switching to another clinic with a reputable dentist in the area that has quoted me $600 for a root canal.
I havent been to NS DENTAL for more than a year but then they call me claiming that I have missed an appointment A FEW MONTHS AGO to which I have NEVER BOOKED.

I have had one experience so far and I hope it continues like this.
I had an emergency as my right side teeth have started hurting right to the nerves; with a simple google I found NS Dental and called and they were kind enough to get me in that same day for the doctor to see me. My daughter also managed to squeeze in an appointment for braces and shopped nearby while waiting.
They were courteous and patient with my many questions and concerns and empathetic. I have another appointment and I hope I can stay with N.S. Dental and this is going to be the final dentist for my family and I. I have

My son had a dental issue that required emergency Sunday care, we contacted 4 other dentists but Markham NS was the only office that got back to us. They saw my son Sunday morning and his follow up care will be next week. The staff was amazing, and the Dr. is very knowledgeable and made my son feel very comfortable with the procedure. Highly recommend them!

I just had an excellent experience with the NS dental team. After having oral pain for a week, I contacted them and they were able to fit me in as a same day. Dr. Sutharsan comprehensively addressed my concerns and reccomended a practical treatment regimen. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this clinic. Worst clinic I have ever been to, ambiguous and high service charge, a 15 min cleaning plus X-ray cost 600$ plus,they did all those without even asking me and confirming the price
I felt like getting scammed by this dental office.
Worse experience I've ever had.
If you don't want to waste your money or insurance coverage, there are thousands of better dental office out there
