Dry Needling (IDN) can be an effective and useful adjunct to an overall treatment program for our neuro-orthopaedic patients. This course is designed to cover dry needling techniques for the whole body for varied musculoskeletal conditions.

Learning takes place over 3 weekend sessions and involves lectures, guided practical sessions, written and practical evaluation and clinical case reasoning pertaining to the application and integration of IDN to your caseload. The curriculum of this course meets the required competencies of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario for a therapist to use dry needling in their practice and to roster for this skill set.
Physiotherapy is a professional health care discipline that works closely with physicians and other health care professionals. One of the many different areas of physiotherapy is treatment of varying conditions by means such as stretching, strengthening, re-learning movement patterns, joint mobilisation (applied movements to reduce stiffness and relieve pain) and deep tissue mobilisation.

I worked with Taylor Laframboise and she was excellent. I'm a runner and made an adjustment to my stride that was causing low back pain and calf tightness. Taylor worked with me to identify and strengthen weak points and kept me moving. I would highly recommend working with Taylor.

All of my experiences at Manual Concepts were awesome. Jordan helped me get though a challenging time with my hip that ended up needing a replacement. His attention to detail and interest in my journey meant so much to me - he was in my corner.

I had Ben as a PT for a few months and he was very "hands off." He wasted a lot of time talking about my injury, and little time "treating" it. He seldom touched me, and generally speaking, only the last 5 minutes of a session were spent trying to learn exercises, and it was just never enough time. He would move me into the correct position to do the exercise 2-3 times, then say "Make sense?" then move on. I think the 25 minute timeline is too short to do much of anything when you spend the majority of time trying to get your PT on track, and they deflect.
Looking back, I should have switched

Had a great experience here! The office is clean and staff are very friendly. I totally recommend working with Taylor Laframboise. I found her to be a very skilled, knowledgeable and gentle physiotherapist. Best of all, she got the results and my stubborn case of tennis elbow is finally healed. I am so grateful!

I have been driving from Toronto to Guelph every two weeks for 14 months exclusively to get treatments from Scott Whitmore at Manual Concepts Physiotherapy. I found him to be an excellent physiotherapist, caring and dedicated to his patients. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.
As a physician myself I have access to many Physiotherapy clinics and the fact I chose to drive the distance is further testimonial to their expertise.
I highly recommend the clinic.

This is one of the most professional Physiotherapist offices I’ve ever been to. All the time you spent with you where the other offices they just give you some exercises to do and leave you and I pay $65 for that. Every single person I’ve interacted with are very professional very friendly and very accommodating.
Anne Jamieson is the most knowledgeable caring therapist I have ever had!! Sooo knowledgeable about unusual conditions like hipermolbility and fibromyalgia!! Just love her to pieces!!!

Really very, very poor Covid communication. No updates on your website with any regard to your clients appointments, changes to appointments, any updates WHATS so ever.. It seems like you have all just booked off. Received FORM email that my upcoming appointment has been cancelled, very blunt and unprofessional. Past treatments have been very professional, it is such a shame that your client follow up during these times has lowered your bar. So many of your "clients" depend on your services to help them in their recoveries and long term well being.
I am hoping my follow up review will be more

I have been going to this clinic for five years. I drive 45 minutes from my house to go here. They have gone above and beyond for me. I brought my baby into the clinic while I was receiving treatment and the staff would walk around with her and coo at her during my appointments to keep her from crying. They work with my crazy work schedule, I constantly change and cancel my appointments and they never complain. If you are in chronic pain, Scott Whitmore is the guy to see. He knows what he's doing and he really helps with my issues. I also see Amanda (Mandy) the massage therapist who is by far the
