If you are experiencing a loss or claim incident, your first step is to ensure your personal safety and the safety of those around you. Then document the damage by taking photos or videos, only if it is safe to do so.
Attempt to mitigate any further loss (calling emergency services if required, pumping out water if you are experiencing a water or sewer backup event, call an emergency remediation company if you need, remove property items to a safe location if it is safe to do so, etc).You can then call one of our offices during office hours or call the After Hours claims numbers provided below.

We are happy to accept payments in our offices by cash, cheque, debit, Visa or Mastercard. Visa and Mastercard can also be accepted at your branch location over the phone. Our brokers would be happy to set up a monthly payment plan if you contact them with a VOID cheque or Pre-Payment Authorization form from your bank.
