For general insurance claims you can call our office to report a claim during regular office hours at 204-325-7386. If your property has sustained damage it is important to limit the damage as much as possible. Prior to doing any cleanup it is a good idea to document the damage by taking pictures so the adjuster can see what has taken place.

It got the job done and my insurance is up and running, flawlessly and quickly which is why my review has 3 stars. Would have been 5 easily if the agent would have taken a few minutes out of his time to go over my insurance and ask if I would like to make any changes or add any additional coverage. By the time I was going to speak up everything was printed and I gave up and signed. I also felt pressured to leave because the customer service was cold. No smile, nothing. Like talking to a robot. The guy beside me had a great agent so maybe it was just my luck.
