We have done business with Friesen's Insurance for over 15 years, and they are so good to deal with. They will go above and beyond. They are knowledgeable, helpful. We have not yet been disappointed with their service. They have gone out of their way to make sure we were happy, even when the issue we had, had nothing to do with their services. Betty, she was my go to person at Friesen’s before however, she is no longer there. I was wondering who would fill her spot with us, thankfully we love seeing Bob, Anna, Ryan and James.Thanks for always putting the customer’s needs ahead of your own. Just yesterday Bob stayed 20 minutes after he was off to finish our transaction! You are the reason we keep coming back! Thanks for the great customer service
