Can you process claims from the Federal Government? Unfortunately, we cannot process claims for the Federal Government, Sunlife (Contracts ending in 055555). Due to their policies, they require their members to file claims manually due to fraud protection. Receipts are issued after each paying treatment for submission to your insurance companies.

I am very impressed with the staff at Core Elements. My registered massage therapist, Dawn Oehring, is a very compassionate RMT who is devoted to her clients and her profession. During the initial assessment, she explains what is going on within your body; after each treatment, she succeeds in making you feel better! I must admit that Dawn is determined to find a solution for your ailments and she truly cares about the health and personal well-being of all the clients who visit her clinic. I will be forever grateful that, after reading the Google Map reviews of this establishment, I was quite fortunate

Fantastic staff and service! I've been getting massage monthly for a year and they've been very helpful with my health issues.
My therapist is Laura O'Connor and she's phenomenal! I've also had Chris Hillock and Diana Moreira and they were amazing as well!
I definitely recommend this place. They're very clean and have been taking extra mesure since the start of the pandemic to ensure their staff and clients' safety.
You want to reduce your pain, feel relaxed and feel like you're walking on clouds? This is the place to go!

This place is very unorganized. I made an appointment for myself and received a confirmation email. It was then canceled the night before the meeting. I was told that the massage therapist wasn’t even working that day.
I decided to reschedule the appointment. I got another confirmation email and when I showed up, they told me I was not on there system for that day. Both these appointments were made on the phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of there service.

I went for my first massage therapy session at Core Elements to help with shoulder pain that I suffered from for weeks. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere is very comfortable and clean. I had accu-puncture as well as deep tissue massage which made an immediate difference. Within a couple of days after my 2nd session, my shoulder was 90% improved. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Core Elements is my go to for a great massage. Dawn and her staff are super competent. I’ve been a client for several years and have never had a bad experience. Dawn has treated several different problems, including post-surgery and tendinitis with great success. I’m happy to be supporting a small business in Orléans and I highly recommend Core Elements.
