Tim has been phenomenal at helping me find a pair of glasses i love. After having the same pair of glasses for almost a decade, I wasn’t sure what glasses I would want or what looks good on me. I had previously went to three eyewear stores and two of them being little to no help and not finding anything I fell in love with. An amazing lady referred me to Tim. I felt really down thinking I was never going to find anything. As soon as I walked into urban vision I was greeted by Tim. He wasted no time in helping me and trying to get a feel of what I may like to look at. When I told him I was unsure

Service is great but they upsell the anti glare option as though it is a necessary option and it is a $70 add on. When AISH or the Military are paying for the glasses these cost are not covered and it puts the client in a bad position. Please don't upsell the anti glare option to clients that clearly can not afford this option. It is pressure sales in a health care environment which is wrong.

The optometrist was friendly, professional and willing to work with our budget. Excellent customer service as service provider allowed us to pick out frames beyond posted hours of operation and did not make us feel rushed. Provider was familiar with CAF billing which made for a hassle free experience.

I had an eye exam with Dr.Chan earlier this year, and told her that I was having trouble parking straight between two vehicles. She immediately told me she was going to do another test and found that the pupils did not converge together. She the stated that she could put a prism in my lenses that would correct this problem.
When I got my new glasses it was like I could see in three de for the first time since I quite using contacts twenty years ago due to the need for progressive lenses.

This was a great experience! All the staff were super friendly, professional, and helpful, especially Tim, who helped me find a couple really nice frames for a fair price. There is a great selection of frames, even if you're on a budget, and the process is smooth and seamless, especially for military members.
Highly recommend this place if you need glasses.

Just arrived for an appointment I booked ahead of time. In the end I was classified as a walk in. So they took my information and ask me to sit in the waiting room. 20 minutes I finally get called in. For the eye scans which take 2 to 3 minutes.
Once the primary tests were complete I went to sit down for another 35 minutes. Then i finally got to sit down and get checked. Which took a whopping 4 minutes.
The quality of care seems on par, the equipment is up to date. But a lot of the staff appear over dressed. Not that there is anything wrong with being dressed nice, but like my doctors to look
