I was spending hours searching online and looking for this obsolete model. I made many inquiries with difference stores online. PlusMa storeowner was able to order from Rayban for me and was in touch with me along the way to answer my questions and show me photos before shipping. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Would not hesitate to recommend this shop if you're looking for great customer experience.

Got a pair of glasses couple months ago spent around $500.
So far, no big issue with the glasses. (So far)
First time visit to chose the glass and lens, the lady was very friendly and helpful.
Second time visit to pick up glasses: when I try the glasses, I notice the nose pads are not touch my nose at all. I have to ask the optometrist to adjust nose pads for me. The optometrist adjusted it, and it’s better but still NOT perfect. But the optometrist already lost patience after helping me like 3 minutes. Kind of rude and unprofessional.
I spent $500 not here begging for help.

Probably the best experience at an optometrist I've ever had. I highly recommend anyone to this place.
It was my first time putting on contact lenses. They were very encouraging and patient when teaching me, and very clear in explaining any questions I had. It was very affordable too.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, I have no doubt that you will have a pleasant experience going there. 10/10

Amazing service. This is the epitome of what I love about small businesses. You develop relationships, they truly treat you well and care about what works best for you rather than making a sale or the more pricey sale. They even once gave me a ‘parental commiseration’ discount after my son lost my new sunglasses! The optician Martin is unlike any I’ve ever met. His attention to detail and skill is remarkable and worth the visit alone. Their optometrists are also phenomenal; they managed my 1 and 3 year old eye exams with ease. Highly recommend.
