I have never had a good experience with Banks and given COVID, the banks said financing could not and would not be done over the phone ; I had to wait 3 weeks for a in-person meeting. Sam was referred to us by our uncle who had very good experience with their company. My husband and I are very grateful to have encountered Trilogy Mortgage as they have resolved all the impossible things! We were currently in a very tricky situation back then because we were just 5 months living in Canada, basically newcomers with little to no established credentials yet, and my husband had just started working and only has 2 months of employment record that time. Sam and Olga made our first time buying a home an awesome experience! They kept in touch with us every step of the way and were very knowledgeable, explaining to us each step/option and guiding us althroughout the process. I was dealing with the same bank who held my mortgage on a few different homes for almost 20 years. When I went to build my new home after a change in our family my bank wasn’t as willing. That’s when I decided to call Sam up. I am sure happy I did. Sam and Olga took great care of me and got me different options to choose from. Including one from my current bank. Trilogy has been my go-to mortgage broker for over ten years, and they've helped countless of my clients to obtain financing, even after being turned down from many other lending institutions. I've learned to hand the deal over to Sam, and simply sit back and wait for the approval to come through. If Sam can't make it happen, nobody can. Sam was awesome. He really took the time to explain to us first-time home buyers what our different options were and what the pros and cons of each would be. He went through all of the wording and terms in detail so we really felt we understood it.
