I brought a ring in to be resized and was told that it should take less than a week. After one week, I called in to follow up and was told it would be done soon, and they were a bit delayed. The next morning, I was called pick it up which was great! I picked it up and the ring fit perfectly so I brought it home. Within half an hour of wearing it, I noticed 2 dark spots on either side of the band that looked like oil or damage to the metal. I called the store to ask if they would take a look at it which they agreed to. I took it back the next day and I was hoping that they would examine the issue

Definitely the best hidden Gem of Jewelers in Edmonton. Lawrence, Mason and their family are absolutely wonderful to work with and the custom pieces they make are always better then ever thought possible. Lovely store with an incredibly creative and gifted staff. I highly recommend for any and all jewellery needs from custom to engraving to watch battery replacement. (all things I've personally had done)

Forest of Jewels is a great family owned business that provides a wide selection of jewelry. I recently purchased a necklace for my girlfriend which she loved from this store. I've known the Brendels for many years so I knew I would get quality service. They are as professional as it gets and most importantly they provide very personal service you just don't get from shopping at big chain stores.

Mason took great care and spent time and energy ensuring my engagement ring was working for me when I experienced troubles with my skin reacting to the metals in the rose-gold ring. My family has used Forest of Jewels for years. Lawrence and Mason are great and have been very helpful for us. They created a custom engagement ring for my (now) wife. They did a wax model for me, and were super gracious as I knit-picked to get to a final ring that we loved. Family run companies like this are a "gem". Pun intended. Highly recommend them.

This store is a gem - pun intended! I live in the Riverbend area and drive past this store on my way to the library branch located in the same shopping center at least once a week. I would have never thought to go inside, but a co-worker had mentioned that he received great customer service at this store, so I decided to pop in one day after work.
Initially I was a little intimidated by having to ring a doorbell to buzz open the door, but the store itself is intimate and welcoming. I have been looking for jewelry to wear at my wedding for over a month, and have been continually disappointed
