Fawaz was not just knowledgeable about the entire process, but walked us through the entire process from A-Z without missing a single step. It was our first time buying a house, and as beginners, he was diligent and absolutely professional in his approach and conduct in order to get us settled into our home. He went above and beyond when I had questions for him during off hours and he responded immediately. Not to mention, he also got us a great rate! Haven't had a person be proactive in their approach
