Kelly and her team provide top notch service in all aspects! Was super happy with the work they did for me - I would highly recommend the Wilson team if you are wanting to work with a highly professional group that will work hard to get you the best possible rates and also make the process of securing a mortgage pain free. Everyone I dealt with at the Wilson Team was great and made the entire house buying experience a lot less stressful than I expected. As a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed by the entire process. Sydney and Tracey were very professional and explained the process in an understandable way. The Wilson Team is nothing short of brilliant!! So many people don’t really know how powerful their mortgage is. Within a few short months after buying my first home, Kelly showed me how to invest my equity and I purchased two more homes. Kellys coaching has made me see things from a whole new perspective!

I had a nightmare of a time getting financed for the purchase of my home,. The condo I live in had a special assessment on the property and banks being so busy and backed up during covid were reluctant to work with me. I was facing a private mortgage, at an unreasonable rate, with so many extra fees. A family friend referred me to the Wilson team, and Kelly Wilson specifically. Kelly worked a miracle for me and got me financing when I did not think it would be possible. My mortgage is with an A lender at an amazing interest rate. The Wilson Team is amazing and I can't say enough great things on how stress free our (my wife and I) interaction with them was while using the Wilson team to buy our first house. The whole team is very knowledgeable, they stay on top of all mortgage trends and kept me informed with any changes that might be coming due to Bank of Canada rule change.

My experience with The Wilson Team has been very positive. My partner and I worked with Kelly Wilson and her team in obtaining our first mortgage and we're very pleased at the service we received. They were able to lock us into a slightly better rate compared with another broker we had spoken with and the only thing I would change would be the number of promotional emails I receive from them.
