So I been waiting for four months to have all my teeth extraction today was the day they booked it yesterday I called to confirm the time of the appointment and said that they were having issues with my insurance the day before and they had four months so we got it worked out said I was good with the surgery I couldn't be put out cause of covid… restrictions so I paid 200 for them to have me gas
30 min drive from my house to there my appointment was for 6 waiting till 7:10 an hour later from my appointment they gave me some paper to fill out the dentis comes in and says we arnt doing it

Went to the Halsey Rd location for the first time today. I have been avoiding the dentist for quite some time out of fear. But this was a fantastic experience. Dr Nima Jalali was able to deal with my pain as well as improve the look and health of my front teeth. Great experience! I’ll be back. Thank you for being so understanding of my fear!

I’ve been terrified for years for a much needed tooth extraction. I’ve been to 3 dentists before the the tooth corner, for this same issue. With their complete professionalism, support and successful tooth extraction, after years of suffering. I believe I’ve truly found my adult version of a tooth fairy, Dr. El-Awours & team. My son was booked for a wisdom teeth extraction. I called around noon to ask if he could have a drink. I was told he could sip clear fluid until 2:00. When he went in they made a fuss that he had a half a glass of apple cider at 1:45 and cancelled the surgery. They all denied speaking to me and telling me he could have clear fluids till 2:00. My… son missed school, my husband took the day off work and I left work early. My son also had to take 2 days off work to recuperate from a surgery he’s not having now. Not impressed at all. Someone should have at least owned up to telling me

I went to the Wingham clinic, was never once screened for covid, the sign on the wall says they will call in 2 weeks to see if there’s any signs or symptoms, they didn’t. The place smelled awful, the dentist didn’t even introduce himself, I still don’t know his name. The assistant was great. The place was so outdated and looked like everything was falling apart. I should have left, but I didn’t. I had my records sent somewhere else in less than 24 hours. I would never ever let anyone I know go here.

The worst dental office I have ever visited. Stay far away from the Colborne Street office in Brantford, Ontario. They told me I needed multiple fillings done and that I should get my wisdom teeth removed asap. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told the complete opposite. My supposedly 'bad' teeth were perfectly fine and my… wisdom teeth did not need to be removed at all.
This company is a complete fraud and will try to charge you for unnecessary procedures that you don't need.
Do not trust this company at all. They will take advantage of you if it means getting more

75 Collier Street location. I found them to be so helpful, friendly, and sociable. I also have a service *Koda* which they show much effection for. I would like to thank the stuff for going out of their way to help me also. Thank you Sara=Manager, for going out of you way to help me with paperwork, getting things for me, which I really couldn't do on my own. It means so much to a senor like myself. Thank you Dr. Nouri=Dentist, when I asked out of the blue after a finished appointment if he would/could fix a tooth, he simply said no problem and did it. I had one of the worst experience ever. They make you feel uncomfortable even when they try to be friendly. One of the girls was forcing me to bite down even though I was saying I’m in pain and I can’t. She sounded frustrated without understanding that I wasn’t feeling ok. The doctor had no patience whatsoever he didn’t even bother to check what was causing the pain when the X-rays weren’t done successfully he rushed into giving me meds instead of him figuring out that the problem was at the bottom and not the top.- the receptionist was unprofessional towards the way she should handle

My experience was at the Barrie office. The doctor was amazing. He was very thorough with his explanations, very patient....very, lol and so reassuring. His work was top notch, and most importantly, no pain. I named him Miracle Man.
It was a comfortable environment, and staff friendly and efficient. A pleasant experience. 9/10

My teeth were cleaned with no problems and I didn’t feel any pain in any way. I also did filling and it was not painful what so ever. I’m definitely coming back here for my teeth if I need them fixed and I would recommend this dentistry for anyone:) They also give free toothbrushes and toothpaste so that’s a bonus😂👌
