Ashley is a Registered Massage Therapist with 2200 hours, graduating from the MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy program. Awhile ago, she decided that she needed to follow her dreams. Ever since she was a little girl she has always wanted to be involved in the well-being of others. Ashley has experienced the benefits of massage as treatment for herself for many years.
Now working as a Massage Therapist, she gets the privilege of being able to help others accomplish their wellness goals. When Ashley is not working you can find her spending quality time with family and friends. Some things she enjoys are reading, camping, playing with her pup Bailey and traveling.

Services
If you'd like to reserve the use of the shower, there will be an additional charge and must be booked ahead of time by calling our reception. All of our services are performed by Registered Practitioners. We also direct bill to most Insurance companies, depending on your plan. It is not available, however, for services using a gift card as payment but an insurance receipt will be issued for manual submission.
These packages have a combination of your favourite services to give you a complete sensory experience. Care for yourself with a day full of healing! Rules: Experience will be presented in the form of a gift card for the value amount. The cost of the experience will be guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, if 1 year is exceeded or the cost changes the recipient will be responsible for paying the difference.
If bought for a particular service and want to use it for something different, don't worry! It may be redeemed for any service or retail products offered at Salt Water, as it is ultimately just a dollar amount. If using towards a massage or acupuncture, please note that direct billing will not be available.
We feel it has become necessary to explain that we did not assume the balances of any outstanding gift cards; specifically, the blue plastic cards and the white plastic cards. To make the transition as smooth as possible last year, we did work with the previous owner to honour any gift cards brought in during the course of the year 2020.

I got a same day appointment and the receptionist (Melanie?) had great client service skills. Once I got there I was SUPER excited to meet Tori! Tori helped me at her previous place of employment and I had not been successful in finding someone who matched her skill set. She has a calm and professional voice tone and body language that instantly relaxes you and excites you about the amazing self-care experience you're about to have. She blends therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques that make my massage wholesome. Thank you Tori for being an amazing, caring and professional massage therapist

I have been going for years to this place. Love all the growth they've had - quality, comfort and cleanliness every step of the way.
The spa is like you're on vacation from the moment you walk in. I had painful pregnancies and was seen for prenatal massage, and now as a budding athlete, I continue to see Sarah for massages. From start to finish, a great experience.
And they direct bill which makes My life that much easier. Cannot thank them enough for the services.

I followed the amazing ladies of Pure Luxe over here when they purchased the spa, and am so glad I did! Combine their excellent massage services with such a beautiful space (and the infrared sauna and float tank!) and you have a pretty much perfect spa experience... love this place, and all the talented therapists here! Highly recommend it!

Salt Water Sport & Spa is one of Cochrane hidden gems! I've been lucky enough to experience the salt water float, infrared sauna, acupuncture and massage therapy. I've seen all of their RMT'S and have absolutely no complaints. The place itself is very relaxing and clean. We are very lucky to have such a nice place in town.

This was the best spa experience I have ever had. The staff was so experienced, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming, I had a wonderful afternoon enjoying a massage, manicure and pedicure. I will highly recommend this spa to my family and friends, great attention to detail and cleanliness. I felt like a million bucks when I left.

Great Spa!
I got injured in a collision a few weeks ago and hurt my back. I heard about the salt water float that's supposed to relax and soothe your tired body. I had to check it out for myself. And It sure did wonders for me!! I had the best sleep. I felt rested and rejuvenated and my back wasn't in so much pain! The float was amazing, beautiful spa, awesome staff. It was a great atmosphere! Zoe took great care of me. Thanks again for everything! 😀
