Avneet graduated from the massage therapy program at Mount Royal College in 2009. She specializes in neck and shoulder pain as well as low back problems and is able to provide both relaxation and deep tissue techniques to achieve maximum benefits for each client. She is also a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, specializing in energy based treatments.

Went for a prenatal massage to alleviate lower back pain caused by third trimester pregnancy. First time at the clinic so had to fill out the intake form and go over my conditions with the therapist. The 15min it took to fill in/go over all my information, and to get undressed, apparently all counted towards my appointment time so I ended up only getting a 45min massage instead of 1hr. In my past experiences with other clinics, the therapist states the time (or starts a timer) the moment they begin to work on you, not the minute you walk through the front door. Had my first massage at this clinic yesterday. Julia was really wonderful and it was exactly what I’d hoped for. The clinic is also affordable, has free parking, and I was able to book in the day before very easily using their online booking. I’ll definitely be back!

I went there and I had my Message and followed with Chiropractic session. Carmen was my message therapist, she has a magical fingers. I swear she would just landed on the my tense muscles without me saying anything. Oh my God she left me up not just with message but, also she is amazing person when chat with u. Who need personal therapist when they have someone like her😉🙃🙃😊. For the Chiropractic Dr. Linda adjusted my bones and the cracks that I heard out of my body was music to my ears. Just got a massage from Dee and it was absolutely amazing. She is a little lady with superhuman hands. She is very strong and knowledgeable. She listened to what I said and was able to isolate tense muscles with precision. I get a lot of tension headaches and I have never had a therapist massage the areas on my neck and head the way that Dee did. The place is clean. The staff is friendly. The only thing is that they don't use essential oils and I love essential oils. The prices are super reasonable as well . I will not be going to a spa for massage again

Great place to get your massages. Nice quaint office and Avneet is a magician with her hands, I always feel like a million bucks after a massage with her. She listens to your concern areas and follows through accordingly. Appointments don't always start on time here, sometimes you're waiting for a bit but if you are late be prepared to be penalized so keep that in mind. They direct bill for some policies, not others - best to call and check. Good value especially if you buy their packages. Have only had one negative experience with a rude receptionist back in April but I've never seen her there

This used to be my go to massage place until I moved. The employees are welcoming. The atmosphere inside is cozy. My massage therapist, Avneet, was great. She was wonderful to talk to and always made you her top priority. Getting appointments was easy as they always worked with my busy work schedule. They don't direct bill your insurance so keep your receipts handy. I would recommend this place.
