A healthy smile is the only way to achieve a beautiful smile. Over 50% of the general population suffers from gum disease, or periodontal disease. It spreads through the blood stream and goes on to other major organs. If left untreated it can progress and eventually lead to more serious disease, and lead to an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, respiratory disease, premature birth and low birth weight babies.
Trauma, decay, disease, fractured roots and tooth positioning can all lead to tooth loss. Once a tooth is gone, the surrounding bone deteriorates and more teeth can potentially collapse into the empty space left behind. This is why implants are used. Aside from the aesthetic reason of losing a tooth and how it will look, it will also affect your general oral health.
Instead of wearing permanent metal braces, Invisalign is a clear alternative so no one will even know you're wearing them. It is a discreet, noninvasive system and it will give you the confidence you always wanted in your smile. How does Invisalign work? A series of custom fit, clear, removable aligners are put in your mouth.
Laser therapy treatment is used to reduce the presence of bacteria and also bring down the inflammation of oral tissue. With the new technology used and the combination of ultrasonic tools and laser therapy, oral infections can be treated with great success. After an area is treated, inflammation, which in turn causes bacteria, is stopped.

I originally went to see Dr. khan as an emergency patient in December 2019 to do my first wisdom teeth removal. I was nervous of course but Dr. Khan and her staff were very caring and comforting throughout the whole procedure.
Currently during this Covid'19 pandemic, my remaining wisdom teeth became infected, and I really needed to have them removed. Even though almost all dental practices are closed, Dr. Khan was still able to reach out to me and provide advice as to how best to deal with the situation. She is a very caring dentist who goes above and beyond for her patients.

Great dental office! Linda, the Office Manager, is very sweet and checking out with her is so stress-free. She's very accommodating and open as well. Dr. Phung is amazing, he always takes the time to answer all my bombarding questions. Doesn't make you feel like he's rushing on to the next patient. He's very generous and I wouldn't want to change dentists for a very long time. Brenda, their hygienist is the best! Though my commute is 30-40 minutes, I still think it's worth coming here. 2 thumbs up!
