I have been Michauds a couple of times before and it been great, however, this was one of the worst hair cutting services. I got an appointment with Level 3 stylists but did not feel like that. The stylist was aggressive/rushing while washing my hair and was anything but relaxing. As she was cutting my hair, she kept dropping her scissors and she hit me in the head while blow drying my hair. After that, she finished blow drying my hair and wanted to just left it, I had to really advocate that I wanted my hair curled.
Overall, I felt like I was at Great Clips and not at Spa.

I have been going to Michauds for over 20 years and have loved the experience every time. I consistently have people ask where I get my hair cut and I proudly respond “Troy from Michauds in Cloverdale”. I love Michauds so much that even though I recently moved to Penticton, I still drive back to get my hair cut. It’s worth it!

I have been going to this salon for over 23 years .they have had nothing but positive experience s with them there for I only go to them for my hair as well as facials , eye brow waxing and tinting they are very knowledgeable with a very welcoming positive environment .. they have many different products etc Kevin Murphy , reckon , surface need I go oni highly recommend. Them I’m a lifer !! 😀

I had a very disappointing experience getting a haircut at this salon and I will never come back! The stylist was dismissive of the cut I wanted and instead just ended up doing whatever she wanted. My usual hair stylist has always been able to do the cut that I wanted with layers but after the stylist at this salon cut my hair there were no layers (blah haircut)… Not to mention that the shampoo was not relaxing at all! I asked for my hair to be blown out instead of curled, usually when I get a blowout it’s bouncy. However, my hair was a big, puffy mess!!! I had to go home and straighten my

After years of living outside of Cloverdale, I had some encouragement from my daughter to revisit Michaud’s for my hair cut and colour. I saw Sarah, and while she is relatively new in the industry she did an amazing job with my hair. We shared photos of my hopeful colour and cut before my appt and I walked out of the salon with exactly that! I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. Sarah was talkative, personable, knowledgeable, and made the few hours I was there fly by! Good job Sarah! I’ll be going back to Michaud’s again for all of my hair needs!

Repeat customer of this fine professional hair salon. I really enjoyed their booking process as well as the choice of hair stylists by the level of expertise as I need a level 5 easy 😊 They also maintain record of your previous visits including treatments done for easy reference. My hair stylist Keira was great and very patient while I explained my requirements and my struggles. I went ahead with her suggestions and was very satisfied with the end result. I will highly recommend Michauds as your go to place.

Kayla was such a gem to find. She listened and made magic happen. She took the time that was needed to achieve the result I was looking for. Kayla didn’t rush things when my colour needed more time and she also took the time needed to tone it beautifully. Kayla knows her stuff, and will share her opinion honestly with you. Hair costs a lot of money these days, so when you walk out feeling like a million bucks because it’s done right - well that’s a great thing. I found Kayla by complete fluke and I’m very happy the universe brought me to her. Best hair day!
