Dr. Mark Hunter completed 9 years of post-secondary education prior to opening Hunter Chiropractic Wellness Centre in 2006.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, a diploma in Sport Injury Management from Sheridan College, and holds post-graduate certifications in spinal corrective care (chiropractic biophysics), and as a chiropractic wellness practitioner (C.C.W.P.).

Hunter and the staff are great; they are very patient oriented and always take the time for you. They are also always so cheerful! Since starting with Dr. Hunter I have had major changes in rate of pain in lower legs (left) and mid back. I was on my way to the table for more surgery when I started care.

I've only had a few visits at Dr Mark Hunter's office after having experienced some back pain, but I can honestly say that I've never felt better! Dr Hunter is very kind, professional and efficient in his work! It is always a pleasure going in for an adjustment ! He really takes pride in his work and has a genuine care for his patients. I am learning a lot from my visits with him in regards to my spinal care and health. I am also always pleased to be greeted by Esther, the receptionist, who is so sweet, warm and welcoming. Extremely nice guy and staff. I found the set up of the office being impersonal because it was 2 tables with a divider wall between. You can see everyone around you, this set up makes it tough to speak up about some of your issues. Theres a lot of great reviews and I got referred here by someone who loves this place, however, to me I believe this place only really helps you maintain and prevent. If you have serious issues I don't feel like their treatment plan will help at all. I had 3 sessions and felt worse after every time.

My back pain get worse so randomly pick a chiropractor close to my home to deal with it. I glad I’ve found Dr. Hunter who eliminated my pain in just 2 visits. Now it keep improving after very visit. The clinic provide a cozy & welcoming environment. Of course, Esther’s great helpful at the front desk is a bonus.

One thing I would say about chiropractic care is that there is this apprehension about being adjusted violently when you are hurt. This is far from the case with Mark. He talks you through most of it and is amazing at correcting stubborn issues. Mark has helped me from a few workout injuries in the past and a car accident I was in Dec last year. It has definitely helped with my alignment and pain issues. Thx Mark.

In short, I truly believe that Dr. Hunter has kept me healthy over the past few years. As many do, I first started going to Hunter Chiropractic Wellness Centre for acute back pain. The pain eventually cleared but rather than stop going to see him, I continued going once a week to stay tuned up. My body continues to feel great and I think Dr Mark. is the integral part keeping it that way. I am a competitive Crossfitter so my body takes quite a beating It also needs to be mentioned that Esther the clinic manager is absolutely wonderful and creates very, professional, comfortable and inviting space

Dr Hunter is an extremely proficient chiropractor. He is always ready to answer your questions/concerns and his friendly staff makes it a very calm atmosphere. He is very knowledgeable about his craft as well as all things related to living a healthy lifestyle. He has helped me stay healthy and injury free following my achilles tendon surgery as well as making sure I am able to do the sports I like at a high level! I highly recommend him to anyone seeking those types of services! !!

After moving to Orleans my back was in agony. All the bending up and down to pack and unpack had done something to my lower back. I've had some experience with Chiropractors before but didn't know of anyone in Orleans. The reviews I found for Hunter Chiropractic were all so positive that I called and booked. I am SO glad that I did! I've been a regular patient of a Chiropractor before, I've even worked as an admin assistant in a Chiropractic Clinic, so believe me when I say that Dr. Mark Hunter is something special! I've been going to Dr Hunter's clinic for 3 years now. Every time I'm greeted nicely and treated greatly! Dr Hunter has helped me through back and shoulder injuries by adjusting me and also giving me great… advice to improve my sleep and training. I would recommend his clinic to anyone.
