I am a faithful patient to Dr Ben for over 15 years. My back, hip, knees, ankle, and everything else that could hurt has been adjusted by Dr Ben. From excruciating pain to relief in one visit then follow up. I recommend Dr Ben at 100% to anyone. Give yourself the gift; a monthly visit or better bi-weekly. After a while little pain will grow to serious discomfort. You own that to your body. Plus the fees are more then reasonable!!!! They have my appointment every week now. I like to say; if I massage with a $20, it’s doesn’t do nothing. But a visit does everything. Call now!!!

Absolutely terrible service. The reception is absolutely rude and does not care about patients needs. I would avoid this clinic like the plague. With so much choice - your money is better spent at a different clinic. If I could do zero stars I would.
Shame on this place.

I had an appointment with the doctor to review my MRI results. When I called the receptionist to ask her to fax my doctor to get the results she was beyond rude. I was spelling my doctor's name for her and she kept getting it wrong and became frustrated. She subsequently became very rude. She said she was too busy to deal with my call and to call back another time. I asked if I could just give her the fax number because that's all that needed to be done. She insisted she didn't have time and I said it was unacceptable, that I would find another chiropractor if she was going to be rude and she said

I was referred by my karate instructor to come to Orleans Chiropractic because i had hurt my neck while training. With an important karate test coming up, I needed the pain to be gone ASAP. After a couple visits to this clinic, I felt SO MUCH better and was able to move my head and practice my flips and self defense techniques! 2-3 weeks later, I was completely pain-free!! 100% recommend coming here for all your chiropractic needs. Dr. Ben is amazing, good at what he does, and friendly :)

From my initial consultation for chiropratic services, I felt 100% comfortable. the exemplary overall customer services provided by front reception and warm welcome from Dr Ben goes without saying. I always leave with a great sense of validation and very appreciated as a patient. The overall care provided by Dr Ben is beyond my expectations. Dr. Ben Chagnon keeps my back in top shape and pain-free. Even though I moved away from the area, I still make the trek out to Orleans monthly to see him. Always easy to get an appointment when needed. Evening and Saturday hours are perfect to accommodate busy schedules.

I've known Orleans Chiropractic Clinic for more than 20 years... I remember when Dr. Benoit Chagnon began working. This is a great family run business. Un bel atmosphère pour les francophones qui désires un supperbe service. À un moment donné j'ai même essayer la compétition... the treatment is what's important with Orleans Chiropractic's... and stick with what's important... knowing you, your medical situation and beeing in touch with this. Some other chiropractors may use technology, which ultimately, in my case anyways is just a tool to show you what you and the chiropractor should already

I've been to see Benoit Chagnon after being almost immobilized by neck pain and 3 weeks later, I'm now mobile and the pain in minimal. He took the time to know my health history and answer all questions that I had. He is great, the staff is professional yet very approachable and you don't have to wait to see him.
