Services
I have been focused on helping clients gain a better understanding of themselves, and those they love, for almost 20 years. Currently, my practice focuses on Marriage, Family, and Individual Counselling in Windsor and surrounding areas.

Being a relationship therapist means that I work mostly with couples, families or individuals who want to have better relationships; clients who want to have stronger bonds and greater emotional and physical intimacy; families seeking healing and a greater understanding of one another.Counselling with me will strengthen the foundation that you created.
Your worst fear has come true: your spouse was unfaithful. You feel so incredibly betrayed and wonder whether the trust can be rebuilt. It's scary to think it may be over. But discovering an affair doesn't have to mean the end of your relationship. Through marriage counselling, surviving infidelity IS possible.
How can you navigate co-parenting with someone who hurt you so badly? The divorce was hard enough, now you have to parent together? Yes! It can be done. AND with success. Sometimes a little guidance and support is all that is needed. Other times, more intense intervention is required. I'm here to help you and your Ex move to positive communication so you AND your children can thrive while navigating two homes.
Do you feel like you're spinning your wheels in relationship after relationship? You want to share your life with a significant other but feel like it's never going to happen. Maybe your past keeps popping up in the present and your relationships just don't last. Maybe you're having difficulty with intimacy due to past betrayal.
How we work together is based on your needs. Sometimes clients like to attend every week while others prefer scheduling every other week. YOU did the hardest part.looking for help. Part of what I do as a therapist is to figure out how to help. I generally approach therapy from a relational perspective, (hence the term "Relationship Therapist").

Kim was amazing. Very down to earth and extremely accessible. She was just a call or text away to set up an extra appointment if I needed something sooner than my next scheduled one. Great listener and always knew when to chime in with advice and guidance. 10/10
