Good BUT Clueless Clinic about how dental clinics work in Canada. And so they lose a lot of customers including me. (I write this review to help them).
Their biggest problem is that they refuse to tell you ahead of your visit about your coverage's details - what is covered and how much; and they don't plan their dental work to make best use of your insurance coverage or money, to benefit you the most. They want you to go there and deal with these things after that you sat in the dentist's chair.
In this way they scare away their clients, even before we get to go to their clinic. People Unfortunately

Don't give them your phone number if you can help it. Their receptionists (Sukh/Reeva) are aggressive beyond belief trying to pull customers back into their grasp. My girlfriend went once, had a horrible experience and now over a year later still receives constant calls even after asking them to stop contacting. I cancelled my original appointment, and she has now reached out even to me after all this time in an almost aggressive way.

I have been coming to Halo Dental for a year and a half now and have nothing but good things to say. From a warm welcome each time at the front desk to the car by the hygienists to both Dr. Mehta and Dr. Bhajaj (my have spelt that incorrectly)- my experience is always top notch. I can say that I have never looked forward to going to the dentist but Halo dental alqays takes care of my teeth and makes it an appointment I no longer dread. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new dental office or for a change in their dental care to come visit Halo dental.

A tooth broke so I needed to find a dentist willing to take me in right away. Halo did just that. During this appointment they went over everything that my teeth needed on an immediate basis and what I should keep in mind for future prevention & upkeep. They were very thorough, and giving me options for the work that needs to be done. They have called when openings came up so I could get in earlier for my continued appointments, so they are very accommodating.
I am very impressed with Halo. They are informative, professional, accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Because of precautionary measures with Covid-19, the receptionist said that I should text when I get there and they will get back to me when it is time to come in. Shortly before my appointment the receptionist went out of her way to call me to say I could come right in when I arrive!! I found that to be very thoughtful!! I was greeted when I walked through the door and quickly went into my appointment!! The dental hygienist was friendly and very thorough with the cleaning!! The dentist was also very friendly!! I would definitely recommend this dental office to friends and family!!

Highly recommend this dentist the staff there are friendly and extremely helpful I recently got some work done the dentists are amazing 👏👌 any questions or concerns they answered the best they could they made me feel very comfortable bad history with dentists in the past but my procedure went very well and no complaints being a patient here I was in great hands thank you Halo dental 😁

Had to go to a different dentist for my check up because my regular one was fully booked for months, so I went here. It's a very clean, small clinic, nice enough staff. I like that you can notifications via text, etc. I booked an appointment for 6pm, and then on the day of I got called and asked if I could come in at 5pm instead. Perfect! Went at the scheduled time. Took forever to get the x-ray machine working, and the hygienist only had time to clean the top half.. he wanted to stop (way before closing time at 7pm) and asked if I could come back to finish my cleaning another time because

Personally I'm a very anxious person I was worried but when I went in for the first time...I nervously explained to the front desk what I thought I needed, and what I was unsure of. The front desk was calm, concise, constructive, and reassured me that my dental problems would not be trouble with them. I was so thankful that; firstly someone was understanding enough of my nervous nature as I was almost in tears that my less than 10 year crown had fallen off.
