I can't believe you will not refund a dog's medication who didn't even get the chance to use them. When I carried her departed body back not even 24 hrs after her visit, meds still in bag and clearly unused, of which I was told to give her these meds and she would be fine... she died 10 1/2 hrs after her visit which I was also charged an emergency vet visit during regular office hours. Never have I complained before paying for my pets care, imaging, blood test, legitimate after hour care, but to me this is price gouging and pathetic of the clinic for not taking a dead dogs meds back who never had

Southampton pet hospital is so amazing. They are so good with my cats and I highly reccomend them then going to kincardine who is overpriced and never willing to work with you. I'll always drive the 30 minutes. So worth it. Great job. A girl names Destiny who works there is amazing so be sure to ask for her ♡

I recently got a rescue rabbit and wanted her to be vet checked. I called Southampton Pet Hospial as they care for exotic pets. They gave Jolene a thorough assessment were friendly, efficient and the price was very fair. The staff member who came to get her from and returned her to the car was so kind and informative. I had to bring my adult cat plus a 5 week old foster kitten in via emergency visit. Dr. Albright was the vet on call. She was absolutely amazing with both my boys. She was very thorough and gentle. She made me feel very relaxed given the fact that I was there for an emergency visit. Would definitely recommend this clinic. And I'm happy to say that both my boys made a full recovery!!

Over three years ago, my 9 month old GSD was hit by a car. She was very critical. Our regular vet was unable to help her but referred us to the Southampton Pet Hospital. They were able to stabilize her and operated to repair her torn diaphragm and collapsed lung. They gave me back my beautiful girl and I will be forever thankful for the care they gave both Millie and me!
