Wouldn't help me when my dog was bleeding profusely on a Saturday after cutting himself on the trail.
Ended up having to drive over 2 hours and have part of his foot removed at another clinic.
Not very nice.
(Used the pandemic as the reason they couldn't help us, since we weren't regular clients there... They must know something I don't about the risk of getting covid from pets).

My Golden Retriever had a stroke plus had vertigo! The clinic was awesome to deal with . Very understanding when Tobey couldn't walk. I did massage on his spine and legs ! Now you wouldn't think anything was wrong. Tobey is back to normal, not even a head tilt or a twitch in his eye ! Thank you so much to the Rockford Vet Clinic.

When I voiced my concern about this (since a vet clinic in the area recently lost a dog and they are right on the highway) she replied she had a hold of him. I was not impressed and this caused me anxiety. I then had to sit in my car for an hour with it running because it was too cold outside to turn it off. I will not be taking my cat here because it will cause
