We have two convenient locations - The Pet Hospital at 905 7th Street East and The Bradbury House at 1104 8th Street East. These buildings, while separate, are located in very close proximity to each other and are invisibly linked by a shared telephone and computer system. As a result, your call may be answered by a client service representative at either office and can be transferred to any desk at either location effortlessly.
In addition, all medical records are readily available no matter which office you visit. The Pet Hospital is the primary location for surgery, radiology and emergency services. Medical appointments for Drs Gomez and Hale are also performed at this location. The Bradbury House typically services patients who require rehabilitation and integrative therapies as well as regular office visits.

Since opening our doors in 1987, The Grey Bruce Pet Hospital has provided our community of pet companions with the highest quality of veterinary care, provided by highly trained staff in a warm and caring environment. Our leadership team consists of 4 full-time Doctors of Veterinary Medicine who lead a team of 10 support staff in 2 locations.
Dr. Aaryn (Harris) Clark is a graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) (class of 2003). Dr. Aaryn has strong ties to the local community having grown up in Bognor and attended both grade school and high school right here in Owen Sound. Dr. Aaryn is an active mother of four and lives on her husband's family farm just outside of Owen Sound.

Many prescriptions require your pet to be examined before dispensing. This ensures that your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication is appropriate for your pet's current condition. IMPORTANT: Prescription Refills and Food Orders are not confirmed until you have received notification.
We are happy to book an appointment for you. This is not an automatic process. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm a date and time that is as close to your request as possible. If your appointment has not been confirmed within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the practice by phone (519-376-7387) to confirm.

Im honestly not sure how to describe ow big of blessing that grey Bruce pet hospital has been. My dogs have been a patient there for quite a few years, and they have always treated us beyond amazing . But just this last year our Marvin had surgery on his face from a past injury when he was a street dog in Thailand and the team at GB Pet hospital truly took care of him and kept him happy and safe during his stay and just this week our other dog Ivy had to have emergency surgery.
There was never a single moment I doubted the level of care and dedication this team had . They treated Both my dogs but

Difficult times for all including our 4 legged love ones.
Tough on staff as they try to cope with meeting clients outside, not a very good experience for the customer either.
Need a better communication strategy in order to pick up meds, food, etc. The "text in" is not working, should not have to wait 20 minutes and then find out that the system is down.
Hopefully it gets better soon.

Thank you for taking care of my dog at the end of his life. I could tell you truly care about animals right to the end. You took the time to explain the whole process and what to expect during his passing. It wasn't easy for me to make that decision but you made it easy on him and that's what's important.

My family has been using Grey Bruce Pet Hospital for as long as I can remember. I now take my pets there. Dr. Stephan is fantastic and very patient with my overly anxious dog. The techs are also amazing and understanding! You can tell they care about animals and I feel comfortable leaving my pet in their care.
