We prepare corporate minute books, act as the registered office for corporations, prepare annual minutes and other special dividend minutes as required, and file corporate annual returns and other filings with Alberta Corporate Registry.

We used Blake and his team in June/July for the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. I was extremely pleased by the service we received. First of all, everything was done in a timely manner - almost to the exact hour, were certain things achieved. When Blake and his team said "this" would occur by 3pm, sure enough, I received communication that whatever we were waiting for or whatever we needed done, had occurred. Used Blake for real estate sale. Was not kept informed of what was going on and had to constantly call to be informed if deal was closed and any details. When called, met with gruff and short response. Many mistakes made in the paperwork that had to be corrected. Charges were higher than quoted and no explanation provided. Find someone with better communication skills and attention to detail.

We were pleased with our experience in using Blake Nichol to facilitate the purchase of our first home. His staff were prompt and kept us in the loop, and they provided detailed outlines of every cost and fee. Originally we chose Blake based on his initial quote being competitive, and when all was said and done it came out to even less that that. Just completed very successful sell/buy real estate transactions with Blake Nichol. Absolutely the most seamless transactions we were ever involved in. Several days prior to buy close, Blake had us in to sign the final documentation. Everything was laid out in an orderly and efficient fashion -- thanks to Rita at his office. Fees were as quoted. Blake reviewed and explained everything with us. The money transfers actually happened a bit ahead of time on both ends of the deal and the final proceeds were in our account within 2 days. Would not hesitate using Blake again.
