I find Himama a useful app as an educator. True it is not 100 percent user friendly where you have to go back and forth to edit or write an observation for each child. And I cannot seem to work on my observations on the weekend because the app will not allow it for all the children are out. I have pictures I took days ago and I have free time to do my work but I cannot. Is there any way around this? As well as the date of the observations. Why can’t I manually input the date of the picture or activity that I observed the children doing? I may have written the observation today but I took that

This company was very unprofessional while I was trying to get help and get information from this company to further my childcare business. This is not my very first time having my very own daycare I’ve had it 24 years ago shut it down to restore it back over again. And trying to get help from this company they were very unprofessional and I didn’t like it. I’m sure there are other companies out here that offers the same thing that I was trying to receive from this company. So I will move forward I will never look back.

The app is quick and easy to use. I like the fact that I can communicate with parents on an on-going basis as things happen and share learning stories and photos with them in a timely manner. I love the fact that I can communicate with my families during this unprecedented time - home due to Covid19.

My son's childcare recently changed to this app. As a sole support father, I was appalled at the name, this is wildly sexist. It supports negative stereotypes and prejudices around childcare... not just their name, but even in their faq, they only have female names. Nothing to indicate that they even contemplated they idea of men providing care for children. Truly, a sexist awful company. Refused to respond to any of my complaints. Any organization that belittles my family, is not one I would ever support directly or indirectly. Those of you who do support it, should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is a very challenging begininning in education. Many parents go to work and they need somebody trustworthy to take care of their child educate them in many things before they go to pre-schools.As a mama ,I would love to show these small chidren every many good things for them to understand more about what HiMama is to them....
