I can't express how much Colin has helped me. He was able to provide me with an excellent suv when my car died, helped with a trade in value and warranty. Then over a year later when a shop quoted me $2500 for a wobble issue I had, he got me in touch with a mechanic who explained the issue and what they would do to fix it and only charged me $200!

A couple years back, my wife’s was pregnant with my son. It was winter and I did not want my wife driving her car in the snow so I gave her my jeep. While she was driving my jeep we had some dangerous situations come up because it was lifted. I was driving by ninja auto on a Sunday. There I met Colin, he was vary accommodating. I told him the… issues in my hand and he started to throw keys at me. Finally after 4-5 hours of me being picky, we found something of interest and went thru with all the paperwork. The best service I ever had. I bought a preowned Kia 2012 in September 2019 from Colin, and I was driving the same car for a year with no trouble. He never pushed me or urged me to get a car, I took my time. Other dealers started pushing me to get their vehicle. There was no such marketing pressure from Colin. He is so much helpful. I got the 2nd Kia 2017 again from Colin in November 2020. I am planning to get one more SUV next year and I will go back to Colin for the same.

My wife and I bought an 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Colin a few years ago and were treated very well. What happened after that was what really impressed me. The Jeep began having tranny issues and Colin went waaaaay above and beyond to look after us. To make a long story short, I never would have expected to be that well looked after from a new car dealership let alone a used car dealership. Hats off to the guys at Ninja Auto Sales.

Colin at Ninga Auto sales has the best service in the city. Everything is up front and his knowledge of the car industry is second to none. I have bought 2 trucks from him and fiancé is about to buy a third. Everything time we went to other car dealerships to test a car there was always something that always needed to be fixed and the cost would… be added to the sale price that would be posted online. Some of them you’d be afraid to even test drive.
This isn’t the case at Ninga Auto Sales. His vehicles are ready to drive off the lot the day you test drive them if you wish

My family and I am we’re looking for a Honda Odyssey. My wife is super particular and she required certain trim options. Such a great experience at Ninja Auto! Colin was extremely helpful and actually listened! I went to three other dealerships before him, and all three tried to oversell me. Colin listened to my needs and matched me up perfectly with my new ride. It's hard to find honest and authentic people these days, but this is definitely a diamond in the rough. Being self employed, financing a big purchase has presented many challenges for me. But Mark was able to get me quick and affordable deal. It was such a pleasure dealing with these guys. Bought a used car from Ninja when first getting to Calgary, sept -17. Colin was super helpful with everything. Few days after getting the car home it started misfiring (because of some unforeseen old wiring in the engine), called up Ninja and they fixed it in a jiffy free of charge! So grateful for that.
