Twenty-eight years ago a blonde, newly Called lawyer with a degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, walked into an interview for a law job, instead was invited to start a law firm and she did. Since that start in 1993 Inga has been practicing exclusively in the field of Business Law. She describes her personal practice these days as 70% litigation and 30% drafting and Trademark work with a reputation for being aggressive, fair and professional.
To make up for being a business lawyer Inga gives back by volunteering as the Chair of the Ontario Justice Education Network Halton Committee. Inga hosts a periodic podcast @IngaTalk where she shares information helpful to everyone from students to seasoned lawyers. Inga also is Mentor Lawyer and subject Matter Expert for the Ryerson Law Practice Program and a frequent speaker in Osgoode Hall Law School's "Beyond Bay Street" class.

Should your needs simply be a demand letter to prod a slow payer into paying up, or pursuing a debt of $25,000 or less in Small Claims Court, together with amounts well in excess of $100,000, our firm is able to handle your needs. Our Small Claims Court page outlines the flat rate fees for the service, and larger debts are collected at our usual hourly rates.
We provide most of our non-litigation Business Law work on a flat rate basis. Below is sample of some common things we do for a flat rate, but if you don't see what you need here, give us a shout by email or phone and we'll talk through the issue and give you a quote. Our Small Claims flat fee rates can be found on the Small Claims tab on our front page.
The Ontario Small Claims Court Limit is $ 35,000.00. You may use Small Claims for matters over that amount, but waive all amounts over $ 35,000.00. We provide Small Claims Court services to clients on a flat fee basis that is in line with what the Judges award back to you if you succeed at trial. 7.5% billed the day following the final settlement conference, if the matter does not settle prior to that date.

Hung up on an impromptu occasion instead of turning it into a business opportunity. Lacks professionalism, so as not to repeat the other "bad mouth" wording of previous reviewers... IF you disagree with a potential client approach, try to explain to them; the action of you repudiating, nullifying, or rendering void a certain approach can be done less abruptly and while maintaining human-to-human respect.

I met Inga more than 25 years ago while working in a corporate environment using her firm to handle the more challenging collection cases. Since then I had moved to a family business and brought her on as the comapny lawyer, opened my own business and of course brought her and her firm with me. Inga and her team have made sure that I had crossed my t's and dotted my i's all the way and have kept me ahead of the curve with managing my company's interest. Inga is by far one of the best lawyers I have ever worked with. Disregard the negative review someone posted (Seems someone was just angry they couldn't get a free consultation). Inga doesn't provide free consultations. I was reluctant in the beginning however after meeting with her, I saw a long term value in working with Inga.
After working with many lawyers over my career, I can personally confirm working with a lawyer like Inga is the best choice I have ever made.
