Very disappointed. Quoted $703 for a ball joint replacement but had it replaced elsewhere for $250. It was my first time needing a shop since moving here and I trusted Wally's and the other reviews. If I hadn't happened to mention it to a friend that knows much more about mechanics than I do and told me it was way too much, I would've thrown away $450 I don't have to spare. With this huge cost difference I can only assume my lack of knowledge was being taken advantage of.

Thank you for taking taking my mothers Dodge truck in right away. The dealership would not even call me back. Honest estimate, quality work, great value. Thanks again. Will definitely recommend.

I've taken my Lincoln to them several times. Always excellent service! A mechanic I can trust not to rip me off and they make sure everything is safe to drive. That I like very much.

If your an old lady and feel like getting taken advantage of go to Whallys. Dont know how to order proper OEM parts, accept no responsibility for sending in wrong part number. Keep old ladies waiting and charging them a complete fortune. Raised voices when confronted about their screw ups. A 19 dollar rigid line from OEM marked up to 120 bucks. If you wanna get ripped off then this is the place to go. Beware theyll take advantage of you.

A real auto repair shop where they actually fix or repair your car, instead of just swapping parts. They welded the Y-pipe on my wife's SUV, where another shop said they had to replace the 1-piece exhaust system in its entirety. Their ability to actually fix something saved us $600. Would go back in again, without hesitation. It's been 2 months since the repair and we have driven the vehicle extensively, without any problem.

I took my car here a few years ago, right after I had had some other work done. I had *just* had new brakes put on - with a lifetime warranty - put on the car. So if anything actually had been wrong with the brakes, I would have been able to get new ones free. When I took it there, they told me they went ahead and replaced the breaks, because "they needed to be done" - without asking me, before doing the work (I would have said, that's a joke, because they were literally just put on the car within the same month). Anyway, I was going through some really traumatic stuff in my personal

SCAM ALERT! I recently brought my fathers car in here for a safety inspection as he was physically unable to drive anymore and was giving me his 2004 Honda Accord. After the inspection I was told that the car did not pass safety, and needed a new ball joint, and they quoted me $305 for the job. I decided to have the work done elsewhere and picked up the part myself. The ball joint itself cost $105, and the mechanic I hired to do the job looked at it and said it was fine, and did not need replacing. I then went to another garage for the safety inspection and told them about the ball joint. They
