My wife's 2010 Chevy Aveo started experiencing serious problems which I immediately chalked up to transmission. This particular vehicle wasn't built to last very long - you'll be hard pressed to see one on the road today - and thus I feared a transmission replacement would cost far more than the car was actually worth, especially considering how expensive even used cars are today. I fixed my breaks and Ac with them.
I came to this place and felt like home. Honest to god I felt I'm safe, and I was. The big boss was so nice, patient and explained me exactly what they are going to do.
The workers were so happy and seem like they love their job. All of them was so nice. They even gave me a ride home.
I recommend this place and hopefully they will continue that way.

These guys are good at what they do they worked on my 01 mustang now two times they have been upfront about the work and the detail that has to go into it. It hasn't been the cheapest but they were very good with communication and very honest about the amount of work. They have honored warranties and they have been very good about trying to make sure my problems are fixed. I will definitely continue business with them.

I’m so glad I went here. My brakes have been giving me issues for a while and I went to one place and they wanted to charge me $560 to replace the master cylinder. I called Clarkes and he explained what I could do to the braking system before replacing the master cylinder. Turned out it was the master cylinder and he only charged me $100 less than what the other place was offering to do. I spoke with Mat and he was extremely nice on the phone and made sure I understood everything and sent me all that was looked at on the car. I’m so glad they were able to fix the issue and now my brake pedals

Went in to have my wheels/tires checked for balance. Felt they were off from a different installer. They found issues and instructed me on the best course of action to get it fixed. It was a tire issue the original shop failed to mention. Got the tires replaced by the manufacturer, had Clarke Automotive mount and balance the new tires. Smooth sailing. From Matt at the front desk being very inviting and courteous, to Jon in the shop who had the knowledge and skill to get me fixed up. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

If you are looking for an honest auto repair shop, I would recommend Clarke Automotive. I had taken my car to another auto repair shop and after a very cursory evaluation (I say that because they only had the car up for literally 5 minutes before coming back to tell me what was wrong), they told me it was a coolant leak and quoted me a very large repair bill. I don't know anything about cars, so I called my brother who does and he did not think that was correct. A family member recommend Clarke Automotive, so I took my car there. Stellar customer service. Timely, friendly, and fast! The technician stayed late and worked early the next day to get my car running so that I could go to work in the afternoon.
Matt in the front office very clearly articulated every step of the process, from letting me know what repairs and maintenance they recommended to when they were being done and when they were completed.
He even offered to get me an Enterprise rental car at his own expense, in case my car wasn't ready in time. Talk about going above and beyond!
I will definitely be back, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone

I wasted my time trying to figure it out with Brandon Hyundai and finally brought it to Clarke's and they were able to look at it pretty quickly to tell me what's going on and what the problem was so Matt called a couple places locally no one had the piece but he didn't give up, he ended finding a place out in st.Pete so we offered to go and get it since the car was still able and we got and came back Ray got us all hooked and a we were ready to go! They are very dependable when you need them. Customer service is outstanding but you pay for it. Their prices are kinda on the high side a bit but they do give you a nation wide warranty on their service work. If your in Georgia and the repair they did goes bad then you can get warranty service up there which I like that. Just make sure you go over the repair costs with Matt or Bob before you give them the go ahead because once they start the work it's your baby. All in all I was pleased with my experience with them. So my second experience here is not as pleasant as the first. I had an issue with a leaky compressor and stalling on my 2013 Mustang. The compressor estimate was considerably higher than I was expecting and reminded me of expenses related to a dealership; and they did not diagnose my stalling. The positive is that they are professional and clean but act like a dealership mechanic

Its so hard to find honest mechanics who dont try to upcharge you all the time. They treat me respectfully and dont talk down to me, but thoroughly explain the issues they have found and recommended appropriate repairs. They seem forthright in their suggestions explaining their rational for repairs needed immediately and those that can wait. They seem like "knights in shining armour" in an industry full of crooks. I highly recommend this business.

We've used Clark Automotive for years and wil continue to do so. They're honest and reasonably priced. I know I can find a CHEAPER price, but you get what you pay for.
Out of the shops I looked up in the past, they were the most honest and not trying to bleed me dry. They have given me options and explained what needs to be done and in what order.
Long story short, I took my car to them when a dealer was charging me $5k to fix my car and they got it done for $800. I know dealers are more expensive, but not normally by that much.

This is our third or fourth time going to Clarke Automotive systems and we have left happy each time. Always get fast friendly service. Extremely pleasant experience getting my oil changed and tires replaced/aligned. Very professional and nice staff. Pricing was affordable and they were upfront about everything before beginning the work. Car was ready when they said it would be (same day), even though i didnt make an advanced appointment.
