Our classic Standard Queen Room, approx. 350 square feet, features one queen-size bed, and all standard amenities. This room will provide a comfortable stay for individuals, couples and executive travelers. Double-Queen Room, approx. 450 square feet, features two queen-sized beds, task table and chairs, and all standard amenities.
The BC government requires proof of vaccination and picture ID in order to enter certain places. Though not required to stay at the hotel, proof is required to visit the hotel fitness room. Wonderful hotel and beautiful courtyard ( great in summer but also in winter). My grandson enjoyed feeding the fish in the pond. We were very appreciative that we could use the laundry facilities and make room changes to be closer together (family trip with two rooms). Overall very helpful, professional, and kind front desk. Rooms were clean and bathrooms spotless and updated. Clean and safe spaces with beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby... very cozy on the frosty and windy weekend🙂 five stars!!

This was our 3rd time staying at the Garden Hotel. This time we brought more family members and booked 3 rooms and they were as impressed as we are. Once again we enjoyed a wonderful stay. This is not a fancy hotel but the staff are friendly, the rooms spatious and comfortable. We made great use of the gym, pool and sauna. I'm sure you could nitpick the details if you were so inclined - this is not the Hilton - but if you want a safe, clean, cozy and friendly place for a family vacation that offers great value for your money, Garden Hotel tops our list! We look forward to our next visit.

Have stayed here several times, was always great. This past Friday however had drunks in the upper hallway arguing loudly for 30 mins at 3:00 a.m. He couldn’t find his room so was trying all the doors. For some reason his key card worked on our door and it opened, but only as far as the security latch we always use to keep the door closed. He was clearly enraged and my poking my head out the door to speak with him would have obviously made things worse. I was awake and watchful the rest of the night. I was told the next morning by the desk lady that it’s company workers that stay there. I may

First trip since the pandemic started - in town for a wedding. Arrived to a dirty room. Advised front staff and they offered to clean it again. Upon return, specific issues I pointed out seemed to be addressed but no evidence the room was fully cleaned again. Staff did not check in with us at any point during the stay - odd considering issues with the room. Overall property looks a lot better online, even for a 3 star. Not offered any extras or discount given the issue. With Covid concerns, I would have imagined cleanliness would be a top priority (so the sign says at their front desk). Overall
