My family and I have been patients of Dr. Khanna's for over 10 years and we all use glasses. Dr. Khanna is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable but most importantly her office has several state of the art pieces of testing equipment usually found in specialized clinics. She is very detailed and methodical in her consultation requesting staff repeat tests for clarity and has even referred me to a specialist for anomalies.
My father is diabetic and the office is always on the ball with his yearly appt. reminders.

Dr. Khanna and her staff are very welcoming and friendly. They always call to book our yearly checkups and are very professional in handling all six of our appointments and eye care needs. They work quickly and thoroughly so that we are not waiting in the office for a long time. This is usually one of my Favorite doctors appointments, even my kids love coming to see Dr. Khanna.

I have been going to this place for the last few years and sadly after my last encounter I will be looking for another eye doctor. I bought a pair of glasses and tried to cancel them after 10 minutes of purchase. My wife found the exact pair for $200 cheaper. I was told that the lab they use has already been paid. Huh? The staff kept feeding me the "No refund policy" I can understand if I wanted to cancel the following day but after 10 minutes. There's no flexibility here. Dr Khanna has seen my daughter through elementary, middle, high school and university. And even thought she no longer lives in the city of Brampton, she will travel the 5-hour car ride to see the doctor. Not only is Dr Khanna my daughter’s eye care provider, she also provides care for my mom, sister, my youngest daughter and myself. Each time we visit the clinic we are left satisfied with the care and warmth that Dr Khanna and her team provides. Thank you Dr Khanna.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Khanna is also very polite, friendly and welcoming. Eye exam directions easy to follow. Help me and my husband find the right glasses for us that fit our insurance budget. Does direct billing to insurance companies. Wonderful experience.

I had a unique situation where I bought frames and only learned that my eye prescription had expired a few weeks prior. So I went from office to office trying to get a same-day eye appointment. I called Dr Khanna's office from Google as I was in the area.
Wow, what a gem of an office! They were super professional, very well rounded in the glasses and customer services (although they were swamped), no one rushed the conversation or made me feel overlooked.
They booked me and had me in and out in good time; Dr Khanna explained everything to me with patience and warmth & with humour. I'm so happy

Had a very thorough eye exam and was happy to see the COVID protocols in place. Also the team member who helped me pick my glasses was very professional and am excited with the new pair of glasses, lots of amazing compliments from friends and family:)
