My family and I have been getting our eye exams and glasses here for the last 4 years. I'm extremely happy with how the doctor takes the time to explain everything about the eye exam (my kids have a million questions lol) Customer service is always amazing. They are honest about what style of glasses fit the shape of your face. They have a great selection and we got our glasses within a week. I highly recommend Specs Express

The staff is nice and friendly. Thanks to Jyoti for the great service and making it easier and comfortable to decide on the frame selection. Jyoti also had helped my son when we had visited the center at resolution drive last year and I immediately recognized her on our second visit at credit view office . I recently went through Eyewear Experts for a fresh eye exam, contacts fitting, and new glasses. Everyone there was excellent to deal with. They explained my options for both contacts and glasses. they have a fantastic team and their service was A+! I love my new glasses, especially the transition lenses. Thanks! I dealt with Aruna at Resolution Drive location and had the probably the best customer service to date when buying prescription glasses. She was very patient and was giving her expert opinion on the glasses eventhough she was extremely busy that day. I had been to specs express to get my eyes checked and get my glasses. It was one of the best experiences I have had.
