I have been seeing Kelsey for well over a year now, and I have yet to have a session with her that wasn't beneficial in some way. Kelsey is not only a truly kind, empathetic listener, but also offers authentic, objective and knowledgeable feedback with genuine concern for my well-being. Kelsey has been a tremendous help with learning about self care and for working towards my larger life goals.
