I just came back from my appointment here and it was great! I noted that I get anxious when I’m at the dentist’s office due to bad past experiences, and all the staff were really friendly and kept asking me how I was doing throughout the appointment and making sure I was okay. They take very good precautions for COVID and I felt very safe while I was there. Being able to choose a Netflix show to watch while everything was going on was an added bonus and a good distraction! The dentist sat with me and explained the results of my x-rays, showing me pictures so that I could understand exactly

Outstanding experience at Dentistry in Waterloo. Great service, friendly and skilled staff across the board, thorough explanations of everything they found and reasons for any work required.
I have insurance which covers my expenses for dental, but the pricing and speed of service here is top-notch. I have never experienced any delays during visits, plus Netflix during your apportionment is a bonus. Cannot recommend strongly enough!

It is a not simple experience as I had many problems related to the past treatments when I found Dr. Yu.
Now looking back and seeing what Dr. Yu did for me I can say with the certain confident that I am really have got a right place to take care about me.
Dr. Yu is the most experienced and knowledgeable dentist who I know. He is extremely carrying for all your needs and does not matter what kind and size of your needs, a very accurate and precise with every type of dental work!

Seriously has been the BEST dentist I have experienced - and I've been to a lot... Very friendly receptionist, Idalia from the initial correspondence to coming into the office, and even when I was confused/disorganized with my insurance she was very understanding, patient and helpful. Amazing! She really set the tone for the experience.

Everyone is very professional right from the receptionist to Kathy and Dr Yu but, I had a filling yesterday and when I was getting my needle to numb my gums I felt a very painful burning sensation on my skin below my lips. I moaned to let them know and they quickly reacted by holding down my hands. I have never experienced anything like this. They said it happens and Dr Yu apologized. Luckily to he rest of the appointment went well.

I went for my first regular cleaning during the Covid 19 pandemic in mid August, and was made to feel very comfortable, safe and secure throughout the entire procedure. I returned a couple weeks later for a filling and again felt very safe in their environment! Thank you to Christine and Dr. Holman and their professional staff for their genuine, and thorough care during my appointments! I totally recommend Dentistry In Waterloo!

My family and I have been receiving treatment with Dr. Yu for about two years. Very professional and understanding, you always get options for treatment, particularly for expensive procedures. They are very friendly to children and we all know that children tend to hate dentists above all health care professionals (dental clinics can be very scary indeed).

The entire staff at Dentistry in Waterloo is great! We feel welcome and important as soon as we walk through the door. The office is bright, comfortable, and very clean. Dr. Yu and his staff are friendly, thorough, professional and highly skilled. The office is also very kid friendly - my 7 year old daughter always looks forward to her appointments.
