I needed an emergency dentist on Christmas Eve for my son. They were able to see my son within an hour of me calling. Wonderful and pleasant staff. Efficient and everyone made my son feel relaxed and well taken care off. Thank you!

I have had a few dentists now, and Dr. Garg is absolutely the best I have had. I trust his assessments and the work is of the highest quality time and again. He has even given a follow up call on one occasion to see how I was feeling after a serious root canal, which I found to be a nice touch. The entire staff is great. Friendly, patient and thorough. I have been with them for over twenty years and no plans on changing. Highly recommend.

Easy pre-visit covid check, quick temperature check, so good compliance for safety.
The hygienist was really pleasant, asking questions being realistic (frequency of flossing, whether I wore a nightguard). All without being judgemental, no guilt trip, kindness goes a long way. She was very knowledgeable and built report quickly. I did ask a few clarifications and she was very knowledgeable and made sure I felt informed. Good after-dentist advice/ what to expect and what will help me.
It is the little touches as well, attention to detail that really count in customer focussed service.

The customer service at Bridgeport Family Dentistry is incredible! I am always met with a smile, and greeted on the phone with the utmost concern, care, and patience. They make arrangements and accommodations to fit busy schedules and complex needs. The only reason I did not give this establishment five stars is because I often have to wait between 15 and 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to receive service. Given the nature of these unprecedented times, I imagine that may be the reason. Overall, this is a great dentistry!

I look forward to my visits because the team there is always so welcoming and accommodating. They offer amazing service and consistently go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and happy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentistry.

I used to drive about 100 kms from Mississauga to Waterloo for my and all family dental need and I have no complaint. I hope in future they will maintain the same standard. God bless them.

We have had nothing but a Great experience with Dr.Garg and his team. My son had a terrible accident with a cement curb and damaged 3 adult teeth. They fixed him up and took fantastic care of him while is mouth was in pain. They have been able to connect with my teenage boys thru humour and keep them going back. Our mouths always feel great and we have wonderful Oral Health. Thanks for always taking the care to make sure we are in good tooth and mouth health shape.. Would recommend this team and dentist for sure. sue
