Dr. Husain and her entire team are very friendly, organized, and professional. I've always been afraid of going to the dentist until I found this dental office. They provide massage rollers in their dental chairs, aromatherapy, and warm neck towel during my visits! Each of the staff members are very friendly, and Dr. Husain is very knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. Esha, the dental hygienist is very kind and cheerful! She is very thorough in the cleaning, walks me through the steps she is about to perform, and is always making sure I am doing okay during the cleanings. I appreciate this

Waterloo Smiles Dentistry is truly THE BEST dental office in Kitchener-Waterloo. Dr. Husain is an exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, and caring dentist who answers all of your questions and provides outstanding service. Her staff members are all very friendly, efficient and kind. I am a nervous dental patient, but always feel safe and secure in Dr. Husain's excellent care. I have been seeing Dr. Fawzia Husain at Waterloo Smiles for such a long time but wanted to take a moment to write a review. She is the best dentist. She is caring, knowledgeable on current new techniques and always making your oral health her top priority. However the best part of Dr Husain is her amazing and gentle craftsmanship with dental work. You don't even feel the freezing needle and she has saved one of my teeth from needing a root canal (and one of my wifes as well). If you need a dentist with talent, skill and who cares look no further than Dr. Husain!

The staff at Waterloo Smiles are so welcoming and friendly, from the women behind the front desk, to the hygienist, right on through to Dr. Husain herself. They make your visit very comfortable, so you can relax and let them go to work. Their concern is not only for your teeth, but for your overall health . Would highly recommend this office to anyone new in the area wanting to find a new dentist

A few years ago I was fortunate enough to find this amazing team at Waterloo Smiles Dentistry. The warm, welcoming atmosphere puts me at ease straight away. Whether it's a routine check up and cleaning or cosmetic and restorative dentistry, you can put your mind at ease too. The friendly, knowledgeable team led by Dr. Husain treats you like you're their only client. I just had another routine cleaning and Esha, as always was outstanding. I highly recommend them especially if you're normally a nervous patient.

I'm so happy to have found Waterloo Smiles! It's unlike any dentist I've been too, the customer service is amazing. They personalize your visit according to your preferences, offer hot neck warmers, aromatherapy scents for your bib, choices on the flavour of your rinse/polish, and overall do anything they can to make you comfortable at your visit. They answer all of my questions and have helped me understand more about my dental health and options.
