Poor quality work, very unprofessional work and rude staff. I got my car fixed here after a collision,
and was blinded by their reviews. My car windows/rims had over spray of paint all over it, they damaged the underside of my car with their ramps/lift with paint transfer. My rear bumper was not installed properly, i asked them why the gaps didn’t match the rest of the body they said it was factory and made stories. I asked my dealership and they said otherwise. They don’t take the necessary precautions to repair your car to avoid damages. Day by day I'm finding all of their mistakes and damages

I had damages from two separate incidences fixed in one go at this shop. After I brought my car in to be assessed, they were ready for me to bring it back for repairs within three days. I was given a Honda Civic as a courtesy car which was nice because my car is a Civic, just a newer model. The car I was given was clean, approximately 2015 I'd say? The timeline for the repairs was extended when more damage was discovered than was noticed in the initial assessment, but this was communicated via email and wasn't really an inconvenience. Had a dent in door repaired and repainted. Job well done. But it took 3 weeks in body shop due to shortage of staff. (Ideal time for this kind of repair would comfortable be 1 week max). Anyhow had a courtesy car from them and they absorbed the rental cost for the delay. Would recommend this autobody shop but be prepared to margin extra time for getting your car back.

Took my truck to them after someone hit me. Took awhile to get in but they were so generous and finished my truck before the date expected. Received a courtesy car for the whole time and they were very informative with what all needed to be done. Recommend this place to anyone. Great staff and great service.

Went here after my girlfriends car was vandalized, never seen such a caring company. They helped us out far more than I could have hoped. Made my girlfriends car look brand new, lent us a courtesy car for the time being, and all the staff were very kind to us. They went well beyond expectations. Definitely a reliable shop.

Terrible place to deal with. I brought my vehicle for minor bumper repair, when I pick up my vehicle. There was a lights on the dash which says VSA IS OFF they tried everything to fix but to no avail. they told me that they don't do anything with the vehicle except doing the bumper. they said it was not them who caused the lights to be on. Very simple analogy the vehicle was in their possession when it happened. So who did it me?????? Very frustrating company. Never ever deal with this company. highly recommend to be extremely cautious when bringing your vehicle.
