Amazing, I really don't have any other words than that (maybe wow, the best, incredible). I was in a really desperate situation as my vehicle was hit on Oct 23, 2021 and I was due to move to USA on Nov 4, 2021. That's 1.5 weeks for my vehicle to get all the parts needed & get repaired, the amount of stress I felt was tremendous. It's still COVID times so I already knew everything was backed up in the automobile industry.
My friend's dad referred me to Sudden Impact Auto Body & Repair. I felt really defeated. I contacted Simi after I filed my claim and I think he could tell the desperation & sadness

One of the best shops I’ve dealt with and have been dealing with for the past 15-16 years. Very professional service. Excellent work! They make the whole experience super easy. From making the claim to providing a courtesy car and getting the job done. Not only Icbc but all my private jobs go to them as well. Few times I took my cars last minute to get ready for a car show and Simi got them done right away for me. I was very happy with the custom work they did for me. Always leave the shop with a smile. Highly recommended!

Simi and the team at Sudden Impact are amazing!! Very professional and well priced, especially as this was an out of pocket expense. Had the entire front end of my car repainted and they went above and beyond in making it perfect and fixing all the small dents. Paint was a perfect match and they got it back to me ahead of schedule.
I noticed the next day that there was a small spot on the car that was patchy, and they didn't hesitate to take it in right away to fix it. They even dropped me off at the local coffee shop and picked me up when it was ready! So so appreciated!
