I have used Prime Collision twice now and the service is fantastic. Prime takes care of everything, does a superior job, and keeps to their time frame (if not earlier). I was pleasantly surprised in my recent visit as they not only detailed the inside of my vehicle, they removed some sticky material on the passenger door I had been procrastinating to remove myself. My vehicle looked even better than prior to my motor vehicle accident. I highly recommend this establishment.

I highly recommend Prime Collision. They did a thorough job in estimating the damage to my vehicle and in a timely manner. When it was deemed a total loss, and I showed up to take the rest of my personal contents out of the car, they had already gathered them in a box for me. Julian gave an honest and accurate estimate. He is very friendly and personable. So happy with their service!

The job included replacing fender and minor dent fixing. Based on that paint for front door and hood was needed. The job was done perfectly fine.
But I had issue with the rental car which they gave. Initially they told that repair would be done in 9 days so my private insurance approved the rental car use for 9 days. Later in prime collision took 12 days and the rental car was charged to me for those 3 extra days. Ideally it should have been taken care by prime collision as delay was at their end.
Icing on the top was they never called me to inform about delay. It was me only who had to follow

These guys really took good care of me after I had two accidents within a week of each other! I drove there with no appointment and had a quick assessment and then got the date to bring in my car (2 weeks wait time in mid summer). This was actually convenient because my neighbor backed into my door and I was able to get both handled. I drove a cushy rental car, through Hertz, while my baby was in the shop and was beyond delighted by the excellent work they did! They detailed and polished her inside and out, to top it off! It was like getting into a new car!

I took my car in for an ICBC claim, and they did a wonderful job. They were very professional, great at communicating with me, and went above and beyond my expectations by dropping me off at work (I took my car in on my lunch break), and cleaning the interior before returning it to me. Fantastic service, would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service! My husband I and got my car's dent fixed and we were very impressed with the service they provided and the care they they provide both cars and clients. Our courtesy car that Hertz had provided had an incorrect mileage (that my husband had overlooked with this signed paperwork), yet after explaining to Julian that we only used the car to drive home from the shop and back to the shop to return (use it for less than 20 km, but the mileage was showing as if we used it for 500 km), he was very caring and kind and had contacted Hertz for the oversight. I received my car also cleaned
